People with developmental disabilities want the opportunity to participate in the life of the community. Going to work is a signficant part of that experience in our society. This indicator tracks the average number of clients of the Montgomery County Board of Developmental Disabilities Services who are individually employed in typical workplaces in each half of the inidicated state fiscal year (July 1 to June 30 and named for the calendar year in which it ends).
